Upgrade

Our upgrade policy is rather simple and straightforward: all versions released within a year after purchase are free for you. After a year you can order the new version with a discount. The discount rate is subject to change; current discount is 40%.

Lost registration codes

If you have lost your registration code please contact us to get it again. Email us the following information:

• program you registered for
• registration name
• email address (if differs from your current one)

How to get your free upgrade:

Just download and install the new version. Your old registration key will be accepted as valid one. Download the new version from the same location as original version.

How to get discount (after a year):

Copy and paste the registration message into the textbox below and click submit button. Upgrade instructions will be given.

MegaPack upgrade (for Software MegaPack users only):

MegaPack upgrade slightly differs from aforementioned procedure.

If you have ordered MegaPack, you can upgrade all programs included into MegaPack for free within a year after purchase.

However you are not eligible for free registrations for any program which is released after your MegaPack purchase and which is not included into MegaPack at the time when you bought it. You can buy either new program with 40% discount or buy entire MegaPack (with all new programs and new CD disk) with discount .
